Man killed as car hits mobility scooter in Melbourne

A man has been killed when the mobility scooter he was riding was hit by a car at Lynbrook, in Melbourne’s southeast.
The crash happened the intersection of Evans Rd and Snowy Dr in Lynbrook, with emergency services called about 1pm on Sunday.
The mobility scooter rider died at the scene, Victoria Police said.
