A Melbourne property well known as the former home of Shane Warne has come onto the market.
The residence is one of many the late Australian icon bought and sold in Brighton, a suburb he was passionate about, owning a number of landmarks in the area over the course of his life.
However, with a prime beachfront position on a spacious corner block along Brighton’s prestigious Esplanade, the previous owners aren’t the only notable feature of the now immaculately renovated property.
“It speaks for itself, I don’t have to sell it, people walk in and instantly comment how lovely it is,” listing agent Ted Shackleton of Noel Jones Box Hill told Nine.com.au.
